Semarang, September 30, 2025 – Another proud achievement has been made by Universitas Diponegoro. Dr. Fitriyono Ayustaningwarno, lecturer and researcher at the Department of Nutrition, Faculty of Medicine, Undip, was honored with the 3rd place Young Scientist Award from the Indonesian Association of Food Technologists (PATPI).
The award was presented during the prestigious 3rd International Conference on Food Technology and Nutrition PATPI 2025 held in Samarinda. Dr. Ayustaningwarno represented PATPI Semarang Branch, where he also serves as secretary.

Herbal-based food products such as ginger-lemon infusion tea bags and antioxidant-rich gummy candies.
His works are not only published in reputable international journals but also protected by patents and copyrights, highlighting his strong contribution to advancing food technology in Indonesia.
